Since I was four years of age, I knew I was different. When I came out later in life, churches repeated a false (and sadly common) teaching: that I was "leading people away from God".
Gender Expansive Faith shows you how trans and gender diverse humans are born into this world as a natural expression – and Divine revelation – of God‘s beautiful expansiveness.
For too long, the Church has taught that there are only two genders — that one must lead while the other submits in our families and communities. It regularly blames transgender and LGBTIQA+ people for society’s moral decline, while promoting beliefs that perpetuate gendered inequality and harm.
